The BETA Class -

The Beta class will be reading and studying Max Lucado’s Traveling Light. Max Lucado is the Senior Minister for the Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas and the author of multiple bestsellers and is America’s Leading Inspirational Author. In your Luggage of Life, have you been known to pick up a few extra bags? We all lug loads we were never intended to carry: Fear – Worry – Discontent – Hopelessness – Guilt – Loneliness – Doubt. No wonder we get so weary. We’re worn out from carrying that excess baggage. Wouldn’t it be nice to lose some of those bags?

That’s the invitation of Max Lucado. Using the verses of the twenty-third Psalm as our guide, Max Lucado walks us through a helpful inventory of our burdens and the ways to release some of the burdens we were never intended to bear.
