Day Groups

Please note, as of March 16, 2020, our in person groups will not be meeting until further notice as we take precautions to protect our community against the Coronavirus. Check back here for updates about when this program and others will resume.

Throughout the week, we have a number of study and fellowship groups that meet during the day. We invite you to explore these opportunities and find one that best meets your needs and schedule.

We’re starting our next set of Financial Peace classes and here’s why YOU will want to attend: our previous participants collectively reduced their debut by nearly $70,000!  Are you in?  You’ll attend 9 classes on either Saturday mornings at 8:30 am or Monday evenings at 6:30 pm starting September 28th & 30th.  (Yes! You can mix and match your days. If you begin to attend on Saturdays but can’t make it one weekend, you’re welcome to jump into the corresponding Monday class.) Call or email us at 732-349-1331 or [email protected] with questions or for information on how to register.

The Last Day Of Jesus – Deeper Connections Series (Deeper Connections DVD). Led by Pat Grill

From Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem to His glorious resurrection, this NEW Last Days of Jesus DVD Bible study provides a fantastic overview of 6 major events surrounding Jesus’ Death and Resurrection!

Instead of simply describing the last days and where they took place, this DVD study takes it a step further by beginning each teaching session in Israel showing key places, such as the Garden of Gethsemane, a rolling stone tomb, Mount of Olives, and more. Featuring beautiful retellings, solid overviews, and incredible cultural insights from top Bible scholars, this all-inclusive DVD will deepen your understanding of key Easter events, including:

  • Jesus’ Transfiguration
  • Palm Sunday and the Last Supper
  • Jesus’ Trial and Death
  • Jesus’ Resurrection

Unlike any other Bible study available, this visually stunning DVD series is written and taught by biblical experts — six professors with specialized areas of knowledge, more pictures, and more opportunities to see what Bible places look like today!

Everyone is welcome to join us!

The Men’s Prayer Group is a diverse group of men who meet @ 6:30 am on Wednesdays for a time of Spirit-led prayer, Bible study and fellowship. Often our friendships lead to other social activities such as golf, dining, ball games, etc.

Please join us or contact Jule Raichle @ 732-341-5828/[email protected] for more information.

Every Thursday
9:30 a.m. in the Mission Room

Coffee, Tea and Goodies!

Team Led by Iver Kennedy, Sue Halsey, Amy Lotano, and Dan Raisch.

Written by the Apostle Paul this letter to the Galatians includes the origin of the gospel, justification by faith, not by works of the law, the nature and role of the law, the freedom of the believer, the gift of the Spirit, the ongoing struggle between the flesh and the Spirit in the life of the believer, and the Christian ethics that include love, walking in the Spirit and producing the Spirit’s fruit.

Everyone is welcomed to join us
as we take a deeper look at this letter from Paul
(the focus of the sermons during Lent)

What would it mean to consider the Ten Commandments not as a harsh list of what not to do but, instead, as a “love letter” from a loving God? Our Presbyterian Women (PW) Circles will be exploring that question through-out the year as part of this year’s study: “Love Carved In Stone.”  All women of the church are members of the Presbyterian Women Association and are heartily welcome to attend all events. We invite you to join one of our nine Circles for study and prayer.

The Pursuit of Holiness by Jerry Bridges.

Groups meet at times convenient to their members.

Men’s Discipleship Groups seek to develop Christian leaders and to build lasting friendships among 3-4 other men who commit to personal growth and Christian discipleship.

“Be holy, for I am holy,” commands God. But holiness is something that is often missed in the Christian’s daily life. According to Navigator author Jerry Bridges, that’s because we’re not exactly sure what our part in holiness is.

In The Pursuit of Holiness, he helps us see clearly just what we should rely on God to do―and what we should take responsibility for ourselves. As you deepen your relationship with God, learn more about His character, and understand the Holy Spirit’s role in holiness, your spiritual growth will mature.
