At PCTR, we are committed to caring for and loving the people the Lord brings to us. The foundation of our Caring Ministries is based on the unconditional and sacrificial love demonstrated to us in Jesus Christ which motivates us to share that kind of love with others. There are a variety of ways our Caring Ministries show compassion to people of all ages in need.

GriefShare is a weekly seminar and support group for people grieving the death of a loved one. It’s a place where you can be around others who understand how you feel and the pain of your loss. At GriefShare, you will learn valuable information that will help you through this difficult time in your life.  The program offers biblical, Christ-centered teaching which focuses on grief topics from a relevant and practical perspective.

Stephen Ministry is a one to one, Christ-centered lay ministry where trained caregivers provide listening, empathy, and prayer to those in need of support during a difficult time in their lives.

Nursing Home Worship Services happen on the third Sunday of the month at 1:45pm and they rotate between Bey Lea and Hampton Ridge

Our Care Ministries also include Home Communion for members who are not able to join us for worship, Visitation ministry for those who are in the hospital or are dealing with challenging life situations, our Prayer Ministry, and Knitting Ministry.

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. We love because he first loved us.– 1 John 4: 7, 9-11, 16, 19
