Grab yourself lunch or dinner and a pizookie from BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse on April 11 and 20% of your total bill will be donated to The Hope Center. Grab a flyer from the Welcome Center and present it to your server when you arrive (or order your take out!) to have a portion of your bill donated. Ladies! We’re making plans for this year’s Spring Women’s Retreat and we’d love to have you make plans to be there! Mark your calendars for April 19 – 20 at the Clarion Hotel on Rt 37 in Toms River. Hey Kids (age 3 through 5th grade) send Mom and Dad out and join us for a bunch of fun at Parent’s Night Out on Friday, April 26, 2024. We’ll kick off our evening at 6:30 pm with a pizza dinner and wrap things up when the grown-ups return to pick you up at 8:30 pm.

Students, if you just completed 5th - 7th grade we’ve got an ice cream sundae with your name on it! Our Middle School Ice Cream Social will be June 19 from 5-7:30pm! It'll be a great opportunity to meet other middle schoolers, as well as another chance to get to know Kevin, our new Director of Next Generation Student Ministries.
Join us for a Summer Book Club! We’ll meet on June 23 at 9:30 or 10:30 with an introduction to our book, “Raised” by Margaret J Cotton as told by Charlie and Flori Mada. This book is a modern Lazarus account of the cascade of divine interventions that bring a family of non-believers to the foot of the cross. We’ll gather again in August after we’ve read the book to discuss it. Ten copies have been made available to borrow through the church, and additional copies are available for purchase.
How can contemplative prayer help you connect more fully to full life in Jesus Christ? Join us on June 24 at 7 pm to find out. We’ll explore what contemplative prayer looks like and how it can help you deepen your relationship with God, Scripture, each other and life in faith.

Go & Serve our neighbors! We’ll be painting classrooms and pitching in at Walnut Street Elementary School on July 1st from 9 am to 4 pm. (We’ll head back on July 2nd if needed.) This is a great opportunity for volunteers of all ages to support our neighborhood by blessing one of our township schools with some much needed TLC. Bring a lunch & water bottle. VBS prep is in high gear and we need your help! We’re collecting donations for snack time during VBS and for an ice cream bar at Summer Celebration. We’re collecting specific items for both, so grab a list from the Welcome Center and consider adding a few to your cart the next shopping trip! Items include: Goldfish, Snyder's Pretzels, Oreos, Cheez-its, Pirates Booty, Ziploc Sandwich Bags, 8 oz Bottles of Water, Mini Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Syrup, Maraschino Cherries, Sprinkles. Note: must be peanut-free AND made in a nut-free facility

Warm up your voice and make a joyful noise with us this summer! Summer Choir is a great opportunity to try something new. We’ll practice once on July 18 at 7 pm and then sing at 9:30 worship the following three Sundays - 7/21, 7/28, 8/4. No experience necessary.
